This policy explains what personal data BioMedMe collects when you visit www.biomed-me.com or contact us through it, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. Who we are
BioMedMe ("we", "us") is building a digital ecosystem for the biomedical engineering and healthcare technology industry, based in the United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We handle it in line with applicable law, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. What we collect

Please do not send patient information or other sensitive health data through the contact form. We do not need it to answer your inquiry.
3. How we use it
- To reply to you and follow up on your inquiry. This is based on your request when you contact us.
- To understand and improve the website, using the anonymous statistics. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a useful website.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse, such as spam through the contact form.
We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
4. Cookies
The website does not use cookies or advertising trackers. Our fonts are hosted on our own servers, so visiting the site does not send your data to font providers.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and our email, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting, technical logs and anonymous visitor statistics.
- Resend: delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Google (Google Workspace): our email inbox, where your message is received.
These providers may process data outside the UAE, for example in the United States or the European Union. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect your data. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept in our inbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Anonymous statistics are kept in aggregated form. Hosting logs are kept by Vercel for a short period under its own retention settings.
7. Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to messages to the people who need it to reply. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
- stop using your data where we rely on legitimate interest.
Email contact@biomed-me.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
9. Children
The website is intended for professionals and organisations. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as BioMedMe grows, for example when we launch new products. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Questions about this policy or your data are welcome at contact@biomed-me.com.
