2026 prices. Prices are per location (one clinic or branch) per month, in your country’s currency, excluding VAT or tax where it applies. Payment by bank transfer for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Retired machines do not count towards your plan.

Which plan do I need?
Choose by the number of machines in use and the people who sign in. Clinic: up to 30 machines and 3 team members. Medical Centre: up to 65 machines and 10 team members. Hospital: unlimited. Asset Care recommends the right plan for you when you subscribe.
What happens during the free trial?
You get full access for 14 days with no limits, so you can add your whole equipment list and invite your team. When the trial ends, you choose the plan that fits.
What if we grow?
Nothing you have added is ever removed. When you reach your plan’s limit, Asset Care asks you to move to a bigger plan before adding more.
Do you store patient data?
No. Asset Care stores equipment data only, never patient data.
